PROJECT 5 - PENCIL SKETCHING: Drawing five

Objectives:

Task:

1. Using LIN, page 47, students should sketch any drawing of their choice other than the drawing in the lower right using pencil techniques learned.  Drawings should approximate twice that of the pages in the book

a. Students should lightly layout the subject with pencil onto the sketchbook.
b. Students should build the layers of the drawing.
c.  Students are to "time" their drawings to keep track of how long it takes to complete the work.

1. Pencil
2. Eraser
3. Sketchbook
4. Workable fixative

Approximate time to complete: 4 to 6 hours
