PROJECT 18 - WATERCOLOR: Drawing four
Objectives:
Task:
1. Using the initial pencil and pen and ink studies of plant materials (See problem statements 4 and 10), students are to represent the same plant types with the use of watercolor.
2. Students are to lightly draw the materials in pencil onto a sheets of watercolor paper and then using techniques of layering, paint the plant materials using watercolors

3 sheets of
watercolor paper (block paper is suggested)
Watercolor brushes
jars for water
Palette for mixing colors
Pencils
Deadline:
Assigned: Thursday, Oct. 20
Due: Tuesday, Oct. 25; beginning of class
Approximate time to complete: 4 - 5 hours
