PROJECT 25 - MIXED MEDIA: Presentation Delineation

Objectives:

• Students should exhibit skill at using more than one type of presentation media to enhance their sketching abilities.
• Students should exhibit skills which indicate an understanding of spatial organization, design detail and color harmony.
• Students should decrease the time it takes to present a visual impression of design intent.

Task:

1. Each student will develop a set of drawings including a perspective and two sections using one of the plans as illustrated in Lin, DRAWING AND DESIGNING WITH CONFIDENCE , pages 158 - 162

2. Students will render each drawing on a sheet of 20" by 30" paper, illustration board or watercolor board.

3. Grades will be assessed on sheet composition and quality of presentation techniques.

4. Students may choose whatever rendering technique they wish  to employ (marker or watercolor) as long as they use color.

Drawing, rendering, and drafting materials as needed
